OASIS Bootcamp

Learn by completing a workflow

Bootcamp is a guided introduction for people new to OASIS. Read the introductory concepts, establish your workspace access and complete a small publishing or response use case. The self-guided lessons are available below; sign in to save completion against your OASIS account.

Bootcamp curriculum

  • Understand the platform: Learn organizational structure, records and navigation.
  • Prepare the workspace: Invite teammates, connect an account and review readiness.
  • Build the workflow: Prepare content and an asset, then submit it for review.
  • Deliver and inspect: Schedule the post, inspect the outcome and prepare a report.
  • Extend the use case: Practice conversation ownership and case resolution.

Complete your first use case

At the end of the self-guided path, you should be able to describe your workspace structure, identify the owner of each workflow step and demonstrate a reviewed operational outcome. Use an account your organization has authorized for the exercise.

If you need an introduction with your team, submit a Bootcamp request. Scheduling and the format of any facilitated session are confirmed by the OASIS team.
