Getting started / Authentication

Authentication

Workspace identity

Your OASIS session identifies your user and organization. Permissions are evaluated in that organizational context. Administrators manage access and roles; signing in does not grant every administrative or publishing action.

Sign-in methods

The application includes email verification, SAML single sign-on, registered passkey authentication and recovery-code flows. Availability depends on organization configuration and the credentials registered for your user. Ask your administrator which method to use.

Provider authorization

Provider authorization allows OASIS to perform permitted operations on an external account. Configure the provider, complete its consent flow and check the connected account’s health. Reconnect an account when authorization expires or the provider requires renewed consent.

Provider permissions and OASIS permissions both affect whether an operation can proceed. Review the account’s connection state before diagnosing a publishing failure.
