Delivering a use case
Define the outcome
Start with a specific operational requirement. For example: a client team needs to prepare a campaign, obtain approval and review delivery performance for one brand. Identify the workflow owner, the reviewer and the person responsible for measuring the result.
Write down the completion criteria before configuring the workflow. For a publishing use case, these could be an approved post, a scheduled delivery and a report that covers the required account and period.
Prepare the workspace
Create the required organizational structure, invite the team and connect an authorized account. Confirm access for the operator and reviewer. Add an approved asset and establish the review process before preparing live content.
Complete the workflow
Create a draft and verify its brand, destination account, caption and asset. Submit the content for approval. The reviewer should check the content and target before approving it. Schedule the approved content for the required time and timezone.
Review the delivery result. A scheduled record is only one stage of the workflow; check whether the provider accepted the operation and investigate any reported failure.
Measure and expand
Review the resulting report and operational history against your completion criteria. Confirm the account, time period and source coverage before interpreting the measurements. Record any manual steps that the team needed to perform.
Expand the workflow after the first scenario works: add another account, another reviewer or a response process. Recheck permissions and provider support as the use case grows.
