Log in to the platform
Before you log in
Obtain your organization identifier and confirm that your work email has access. Your administrator can invite you or provide instructions for the organization’s identity provider. A social network login authorizes that network connection; it is separate from your OASIS session.
Accept an invitation
Open the sign-in page and select Accept invite. Follow the invitation flow provided by your administrator. If your organization is new to OASIS, its administrator can use Create workspace to begin the setup process.
Establish your session
Select Sign in and enter your work email and organization identifier. Request access, then complete the verification method shown by the application. When email verification is configured, enter the code sent to your email address.
Organizations can also configure SAML single sign-on. Passkey sign-in and recovery depend on your registered credentials and the organization’s configuration. Use the method provided by your administrator.
If you cannot continue
Confirm the email and organization identifier with your administrator. Check whether the invitation is still valid and whether the organization’s identity provider is available. If the application reports a delivery or verification error, retain the message when requesting assistance.
