Add alt text

Use this guide to save accessibility text on an asset before it is used.

Before you start

  • The asset is visible in Assets.
  • The asset is not archived.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Publishing.
  2. 2Open Assets.
  3. 3Select the asset.
  4. 4Enter Alt text in Asset detail.
  5. 5Click Save.

Result

The Asset detail status shows saved.

If it does not work

  • If Save is disabled, the asset may be archived.
  • If the asset is not visible, clear filters or search by title.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
