Connect social accounts

Overview

Add the accounts your team will publish from.

Before you start

  • You can access Admin / Governance.
  • You have permission to manage providers or social accounts.

Complete the workflow

  1. Go to Admin / Governance.
  2. Open Providers.
  3. Review the provider status labels.
  4. Click Start OAuth for a configured provider.
  5. Return to Providers after authorization.
  6. Open Accounts to review connected account health.

Review the result

The account should show Connected or Credentials configured. Credentials configured means the server has the required client settings; complete the provider consent flow before treating the account as operational.

Troubleshooting

  • If the provider says Needs setup, API keys are not configured.
  • If Start OAuth is disabled, check your provider permissions.
