Connect social accounts

Use this guide to add the accounts your team will publish from.

Before you start

  • You can access Admin / Governance.
  • You have permission to manage providers or social accounts.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Admin / Governance.
  2. 2Open Providers.
  3. 3Review the provider status labels.
  4. 4Click Start OAuth for a configured provider.
  5. 5Return to Providers after authorization.
  6. 6Open Accounts to review connected account health.

Result

The account should show Connected or Credentials configured. Credentials configured means the server has the required client settings; complete the provider consent flow before treating the account as operational.

If it does not work

  • If the provider says Needs setup, API keys are not configured.
  • If Start OAuth is disabled, check your provider permissions.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
