Getting started with OASIS
OASIS brings social publishing, conversations, listening and reporting into an organizational workspace. Teams use it to coordinate work across brands and accounts, with permissions and review steps attached to the people performing that work.
- Agencies: Organize client brands, account connections, campaign work and reporting responsibilities.
- Organizations: Coordinate publishing, community response and operational oversight across business units.
- Operators and administrators: Work from the same platform while retaining distinct responsibilities for content, access and governance.
Get access
If your organization already uses OASIS, ask its administrator for an invitation and organization identifier. If you are evaluating the platform, choose an entry path below.
- Apply for Developer Tier: Define an agency use case and request an evaluation with the OASIS team.
- Start the OASIS Bootcamp: Follow a guided introduction from workspace setup to a reviewed campaign.
- Log in to the platform: Use your organization’s configured sign-in method.
Understand the platform
Read the following pages in sequence to understand the platform’s terminology and find your way around the workspace.
- Introductory concepts: Organizations, brands, accounts, campaigns and the records that connect them.
- The social operations landscape: Place OASIS in the context of established social management platforms.
- Log in to the platform: Accept an invitation and establish your session.
- Orientation and navigation: Learn the workspace rail, module navigation and organizational scope.
Start building your use case
Choose one operational outcome, identify the team responsible for it and complete a small end-to-end workflow. A campaign for one brand is a useful starting point: prepare the content, obtain approval, schedule the post and review its performance.
- Delivering a use case: Turn an operational requirement into a working workflow.
- Start with examples: Follow a publishing, response or reporting scenario.
- Next steps by user role: Continue with the tasks relevant to your responsibilities.
