Review a failed post

Use this guide to use publish evidence to understand why a post did not publish.

Before you start

  • The post appears with failed status.
  • You can access Publishing.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Publishing.
  2. 2Open list or kanban.
  3. 3Select the failed post.
  4. 4Review Target validation.
  5. 5Review Publish job and attempt evidence.
  6. 6Check Provider operations for failed or blocked status.

Result

You should see the failed attempt and any visible provider status.

If it does not work

  • If no evidence is loaded, refresh Publishing.
  • If the connection is unknown or disconnected, open Providers.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
