Reconnect a social account

Use this guide to refresh a disconnected or expired provider connection.

Before you start

  • You can manage provider OAuth.
  • The provider is configured.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Admin / Governance.
  2. 2Open Providers.
  3. 3Select the connection.
  4. 4Click Health check.
  5. 5Click Reconnect if OAuth is available.
  6. 6Click Refresh credentials if the credential can be refreshed.

Result

The connection should return to connected after authorization or refresh.

If it does not work

  • If Reconnect is disabled, the provider may need setup or permission.
  • If Writes are off, live posting remains unavailable.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
