Approve or reject a post
Overview
Review submitted content and approve it for scheduling or publishing.
Before you start
- You can approve posts.
- The post status is in_review.
Complete the workflow
- Go to Publishing.
- Select the post with workflow in_review.
- Review the Composer text.
- Review Target validation.
- Click Approve.
Review the result
The post workflow changes to approved.
Troubleshooting
- If Approve is disabled, the post may not be in review.
- If validation is invalid, ask the operator to update the post.
