Use limitation
- Data is used for requested workspace functions, security, reliability, support, legal obligations, and customer-approved integrations.
- OASIS does not sell personal information.
Data minimization
- Workflows retain provider identifiers and the operational context required for the service.
- Secret material is encrypted or hashed; raw login codes and biometric data are not stored.
Regional posture
- The current production application and primary database are operated in U.S. infrastructure.
- Data-residency policies can constrain storage regions and require documented processor exceptions.
Customer controls
- Authorized administrators can manage access, connected providers, retention schedules, exports, legal holds, disposition, and deletion workflows.
Rights requests
- Audited export and deletion workflows support customer and data-subject requests.
- Contractual, legal-hold, security, and records obligations may affect timing or scope.
Public website
- The public-site privacy policy separately explains website information and visitor choices.
- Customer content processed for an organization is governed by its agreement with Usatii Media.
